Terms of service

A subscription to a hosted service: a website for your dealership, an inventory manager, a lead inbox, a phone app for your staff, and the import and export tools that connect them to whatever you already use.

There is no setup fee, no per-vehicle charge and no per-user charge. The price you are shown when you sign up is the whole price.

The person who signs up becomes the owner of the dealership account and can add, remove and set the permissions of everyone else. You are responsible for who you give access to.

We do not know anybody’s password, including yours. Passwords are set by each person from an emailed link and are stored only as a hash we cannot reverse.

Your vehicles, your photos, your customers and your leads belong to you. We do not sell them, we do not share them with other dealerships, and we do not use them to train anything.

You can export your inventory and your leads to a spreadsheet at any time from inside the product. If you cancel, ask and we will do it for you.

Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

You can cancel at any time. The subscription then stops at the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate a part-used period.

If a dealership cannot be created after a payment — for example because the web address was taken in the moments between choosing it and paying — the payment is refunded automatically and the subscription is cancelled.

We will not put advertising on your website. We will not contact your customers. We will not show your inventory, your prices or your leads to another dealership.

An account can be suspended for non-payment, or for using the service to publish something unlawful. A suspended dealership’s website stops answering; its data is not deleted.

We aim to keep the service running continuously and we do not promise a specific uptime figure. If something is broken, tell us and we will tell you what is happening.
